The success of this event is crucial in advocating for the inclusion of para surfing in the Paralympic Games. By demonstrating the sport's popularity, accessibility, and competitive spirit, we hope to inspire the International Paralympic Committee to recognize para surfing as a deserving addition to the Paralympic program.

We're proud to have World Champions in our own backyard, thanks to the Northern Beaches Para Surfer Boardriders. Their achievements serve as an inspiration to athletes worldwide.
